Other Way of Staging? (Part II)

I am sure that many of you are anxious to read this Part II release of ‘Other way of staging?’  Well, I will not be disappointing anyone so here it is.  So in the release I, we discussed so far about Living room and a little bit about Kitchen cleaning.  Now let’s expand on that a little bit and get some more idea’s out to you.

So now that you have fixed your Countertop as well as your floor, now let’s have a look at your cabinets.  Check to make sure that if you cabinets are made of wood, which most of the time they are, check if you have any scratches and what not.  If you do, you can get new polish from you’re nearby department store with ease and at a very cheap cost as well.  Don’t forget to get a paintbrush as well.  What this polish will do is it will add a new layer of shine to your cabinets as well as filling in any scratches, and other stuff that you may have on your cabinets.  You can apply this polish on your to the inside of your cabinets as well.  Be sure to clean your cabinets with water to make the dust-free and dirt-free.  You would not want any of the bad stuff getting stuck under your polish to make it look even worse.

Now that we have fixed your kitchen, we can move onto some bedroom work.  In your bedroom, as I released in part I, check your carpet, make sure it’s in tip-top shape, apply the steam cleaning, regular cleaning and then deodorant cleaning.  This will give the extra shine; smell and a good look to your bedrooms.

Next up comes the stairs if you have a 2-story house or more.  Stairs are just as important and are probably the most dirty part of the house as you are using them many times a day, getting dirt and what not on there.  So do some regular cleaning on them, perhaps give them a good wash, and shine them up.  If your stairs are carpet, apply the necessary steps to cleaning that which I have explained above, as well as in Part I.  If you have bare floor stairs, you might want to pressure wash them or by hands with soap, whatever suites you the best.
